How to improve the processing technology of shaft parts?

The precision requirements of shaft parts are high, so the machining should be more strict, in order to better ensure quantity, that the mechanical equipment can be better operation, longer service life, we improve the processing technology from the following aspects.


1. Dimensional accuracy




The journal is the main part of the shaft, which affects the rotation accuracy and working state of the shaft. The diameter accuracy of the journal is usually IT6 ~ 9 according to its use requirements, and the precision journal can reach IT5.




2. Geometric shape accuracy




The geometric accuracy of the journal (roundness, cylindricity) should generally be limited to the diameter tolerance point range. If the precision of geometric shape is required to be higher, the allowable tolerance can be specified separately on the part drawing.




3. Position accuracy




Refers to the coaxiality of the matching journal of the assembly transmission parts relative to the supporting journal of the assembly bearing, which is expressed by the radial circular runout of the matching journal to the supporting journal; According to the use requirements, the high precision axis is 0.001 ~ 0.005mm, and the general precision axis is 0.01 ~ 0.03mm. In addition, there are the coaxiality of the inner cylinder surface and the vertical requirements of the axial positioning end face and the axis line.




4. Surface roughness




According to the different parts of the working part, there can be different surface roughness values, with the increase of machine running speed and precision, shaft parts surface roughness value requirements are smaller and smaller.




5. The bearing surface is not allowed to use when it is different color




The off-core area outside the contact Angle shall not be greater than 10% of the total area of the non-contact area. The datum end face of the gear (worm gear) and the shaft shoulder (or the end face of the positioning sleeve) shall be fitted, and shall be checked by 0.05mm feeler. And should ensure the gear datum end face and axis of perpendicularity requirements.




6. Contact




The outer ring of the bearing should be in uniform contact with the end face of the bearing cover of the positioning end after assembly. The rolling bearing should be flexible and stable when rotated by hand. The joint surface of the upper and lower bearing bush should be closely attached and checked with a 0.05mm feeler. When the bearing bush is fixed with the positioning pin, the tile surface and end face should be drilled and hinged and distributed under the condition of ensuring that the opening and closing surface of the relevant bearing hole and the end bread are flush. Do not loosen the pin after it is driven in.
